Hello once again from all of us this Christmas (2005 - we haven't written 2006 yet!)
Just a few notes about a rather calm year. There again, perhaps here have been more changes this year than for the least 16!
January
John took a good photo from his kite just before the new year, which was sent to the Sutton Observer.
This started a whole load of letters for a few weeks!
After many years of moaning we final replaced the windows in the front of the house. Exciting eh?
February
February was busy, but not sure what we were doing. Oh yes, John did fly some kites for a change.
March
Mainly a David and Andrew month. Both were involved in "West Side Story" at school. David was i/c sound, Andrew was in the pit band. Andrew passed his grade 7 on clarinet.
April
Easter, so it was a good month. With David's exams looming, we didn't go away.
May
David started his A-levels. Andrew had a new clarinet. John's summer season of kite competitions started. Barbara kept everyone together.
A weekend in Hungerford included a trip to the beam engine on the Kennet and Avon Canal
June
More exams for David, including his driving test (passed). David finished school for good. We explored local walks a bit more.e.g Sandwell Valley, below. David also did one of his final gigs with the school Jazz band. As usual he hides at the back: can you just see the blue guitar?

July
Church had its annual family fun day.

August
We managed to get everyone together for a family holiday at Center Parcs with the Dalys. David had his 18th Birthday while we were there.

We also managed a few days out walking e..g. in the Berwyn Hills in Wales

John's kite summer kite season finished with the pairs win of the Coventry Cup.
September
John's plunge finally happened, and "J L Williams Education" was formed. So far it is a one man school improvement consultancy, but is doing very well.
October
David started at Bristol University, studying Geology.

John and Barbara have a few days holiday in North Devon at Martinhoe.

November
November seemed to go very quickly!
December
Andrew is hoping to go to Malawi with "SoapBox". He will be helping to build a school and run play activities. To raise funds, Boys Brigade held a sponsored "gunge". We heavily supported Andrew's friend Ed!
And here we are again..This is what Christmas is about
Have a good one.
Best wishes.
