KAP hits the local press

After one year of KAP, I took a photo that wasn't really interesting as a pure KAP image, but had other interesting features, i.e. the way some furrows were shown on the ground. The original image can be seen in gallery 2.
I sent the image off to the local paper, The Sutton Coldfield Observer, with an e-mail asking if anyone knew the cause of the furrows. I knew there was a lot of wartime activity in the park, but not at this spot.
On 7th January 2005, the following article appeared in a prominent position. Note, I had not been interviewed!
The following week, 14th January 2005 the following article appeared in response. Note the page 3 position!
